LABOUR INTENSIVE, SKILLED BRICK BAT COBA WORK FOR WATERPROOFING
Takes 2 weeks to complete. Needs highly skilled masons. Is labour intensive and higher in cost. Wastages due to breakage and charges for lifting to higher floors, add to the project cost. This traditional method has low thermal conductivity and higher loads on the slab.

MIX PROPORTIONS
2 READY TO USE MIX PROPORTIONS FOR PROJECTS
ProSure LiiCA product is to be mixed in the following proportions for specific requirements.
142 Mix for higher insulation.
Cement: 1 part by Weight, Sand: 4 part by Weight, LiCA: 2 part by Weight. Total mix Density: 1380 kg/cum. Covers 24 sq.ft. in 100mm (4”) thickness.
141 Mix for normal applications
Cement: 1 part by Weight, Sand: 4 part by Weight, LiCA: 1 part by Weight, Total mix Density: 1520 kg/cum. Covers 26 sq.ft. in 100mm (4”) thickness
